Global Warming has become a popular discussion is the last couple of decades.  I come from a background that is naturally inclined to accept the data and reasoning behind the tenets of global warming: that human's are releasing greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere and as a result the global mean temperature is rising, having vast implications on the environment and climate.  For this blog I decided to focus on the contrary point of view.  I feel that I need to question global warming more.  By doing so I hope to gain a more holistic perspective on this topic.  Naturally, I am limited in my information and certain information can be misleading or just incorrect.  The link below is going to be my main talking point.

The article starts out talking about how the earth is in fact cooling, not warming.  "That is because natural climate cycles have already turned from warming to cooling, global temperatures have already been declining for more than 10 years, and global temperatures will continue to decline for another two decades or more."  This is simply incorrect information, the earth has raised in temperature in the last decade and that is a fact.  The point of question is wether or not humans are the main cause and if it will have as drastic effects on the environment as people are saying.  Below is the global mean surface temperature in the last century as recorded by NASA.
